Only if you're British (and with a name like Tonto Kowalski, how could you be? Do your friends call you "Bubba"? :-D ). Americans spell it "judgment".
I used to drive my profs nuts spelling British on purpose.

Judgement, Judgment is a matter of preference. Either spelling is correct.

No, "judgment" and "acknowledgment" are spelled without an "e" after the "g." Irritating to us English majors to see it wrong all the time...
