Anything he says can and will be used against him, especially in the courtroom of the public. Discussing it at length where the media can get their slimy hands on the subject seems like a stupid idea.

I agree, I was very disappointed that Rush didn't simply say, "Folks there is nothing to it." It leaves me to believe that there is something to it.
