Anything he says can and will be used against him, especially in the courtroom of the public. Discussing it at length where the media can get their slimy hands on the subject seems like a stupid idea.
I agree. That's why I said all he had to say was his attorney has told him not to talk about it until they have all the facts. All I said was that his comment that he doesn't know what he is dealing with was not the proper comment. It makes him look like he is in denial.

Discussing it at length where the media can get their slimy hands on the subject seems like a stupid idea. Just my opinion, but I've been a listener for 11 years. Rush said, "Trust me". He sounds good, sounds positive. I'll trust him and stand by him 100%. I think it's all crap.
He may not know yet whether this investigation ensnared him legitimately (the pharmacist who was arrested may have been the one filling prescriptions for him). Or if the maid, her husband and all the dem ties have phoney-ed up stuff. Each would have a different response.
I was anticipating Rush coming on and announcing he's on his way to rehab. My mind is completely changed. I don't think he'd tell his 20 million listeners "trust me" and then confess an addiction.
