Yes, I believe that might be what happened....it makes the most sense.
I wouldn't say a WORD yet if I were him. I would give my enemies time to make utter fools of themselves.

This entire controversy would be moot if the American people threw the socialist nanny-state busybodies, whether they call themselves 'liberals' or 'conservatives', out on their lard-*sses into the street.
The government has no business in forbidding 'drugs' to citizens. If you believe otherwise, you're a socialist, plain and simple.
Go, Rush, and eff 'em all!

I wouldn't say a WORD yet if I were him. I would give my enemies time to make utter fools of themselves. Completely agree. I don't know much about criminal law. I am a civil litigator and recently got caught up personally in a lawsuit. I tried to handle it myself and it back fired. So I hired my best friend to represent me. He corrected my mistake and had the suit dismissed in about 1/2 hour.
It is stupid to personally defend yourself against serious charges. Klintoon never defended himself. He had a cacophony of synchophants to accuse the accuser. When you are caught in bs, let the professionals handle it. You don't have the same perspective when you are emotionally involved in a situation.

I agree. It seems like his style not to dignify the accusation. Just yet, that is.
