Figure the Sports Illustrated jinx only lasts for one game, huh, re: Oregon? After beating Michigan, the were due to come back to earth.

Don't you just love "Open Line Friday?" I hope he doesn't go the "can't comment due to pending investigation" route. The call screener will probably handle that.
Don't people do reference checks on the hired help anymore?
Very difficult to get any significant information from a reference check. I would suggest that any future employees be looked into by a PI.

I don't think a screener can handle this. Rush is going to have to.

Just heard on Fox that Rush has retained a bigshot lawyer. Had read here that it was Black, but thought it might be a rumor.

The number of calls will swamp the lines - believe me, the ones that get through will be carefully selected.

I think that picture of Rush is more embarassing than any drug problem he may have.

He will say he is unable to comment due to pending investigation. If the police are really after the pusher they dont want him jeopordizing the case. I agree, it will be a great big NO COMMENT

Roy Black calls EIB studios to quit as Rush Limbaugh's lawyer the second Rush Limbaugh actually gets into details on this case.
Don't be dissapointed people. It will be vagueness.

I think he ought to say that he did at one time take pain killers, but that he gor them via prescription from his doctor, and that if there are any pills under his mattress the maid 'planted' them! LOL
Seriously though, he may not be able to say much about all this IF there is any type of investigation going on. I suspect his show will deal primarily with the ESPN story. I heard McNabb yesterday and it seems his biggest gripe was that nobody stood up for him! That says a lot, imho.

OMG! That's really him, isn't it!!!! Too funny. He certainly has aged to perfection I think. You know, you can't go wrong with a simple short haircut, khakis, and a plain pullover polo shirt--works for every generation. I look the same way I did 15 years ago in high school--clean, simple, and CONSERVATIVE.
