CONNECTING THE DOTS ON LAWYER FOR RUSH ACCUSER
various | 10/3/03 | self

Don't know if there's anything here, but in trying to get information about Ed Shohat, quite an intriguing web is revealed. He's the attorney for the alleged "maid" to Rush Limbaugh who's reported turning him in for illegal prescription drug purchasing. His Democrat Party ties are known .. but there's more.

Shohat is also the attorney for Eduardo and Hector Orlansky, whose financial intrigue is described here:

Miami Herald Article about Espirto Santo Bank and the Orlansky brothers

It just show happens that Espirito Santo Bank formed a partnership with the Orlansky brothers for the purpose of funding their lucrative factoring business.

"One client of Bankest's was Stratesec, a Washington-area security company. In its financial statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Stratesec acknowledges that E.S. Bankest's money was the lifeblood of its financing."

"Stratesec Incorporated (formerly known as Securacom Incorporated) provides comprehensive technology-based security solutions to large and medium sized commercial and government facilities. The company provides consulting, planning, engineering, designing, systems integration, maintenance and technical support services. The solutions provided by the company include integrated security systems, comprising a command center managing one or more subsystems, intrusion detection systems, closed circuit television systems and fire detection systems. The services include security consulting, integration and implementation of the security systems. The clients of the company include Washington Dulles International Airport, Hewlett-Packard Company, EDS, Wachovia Bank, MCI WorldCom, Inc. and Alltel Corporation. The company became publicly held in October 1997."

That information on Business.com has a url shown, but it's not in sync with the name. It's http://www.bpm.it for Banco Popolare di Milano, an obviously Italian site all in Italian.

The brothers Orlansky are being repped by Shohat as a result of their defaulting on some $170M owed to Espirito Santo.

Google search on Eduardo Orlansky:

I don't mean to sound conspiratorial or anything, but all these allegations and scandals coming out at the same time is getting really suspicious. Drudge reported that the National Enquirer sat on this Limbaugh drug story for two years. It then goes on to say that they were waiting for law enforcement involvement. But LE has been involved in it for six months now! The silver lining in this is that it shows how desperate the communists and America-haters really are. I think the tide is turning and they are begining to lose the cultural war they started in the 1920's or so. But what's scary is all the Clinton felonious mischief and now this. I think it's reaching a crescendo. Madness!

The hit was done by the Clintons I am sure. They want Hitlery to be President anyway they can. If it means smearing and ruining people, they will do it.

It's too bad the Clintons were not punished and sent to jail for all of their corruptions, including the rape of Juanita. Why is it that they get a free pass on everything?

I think it's time to demand these two be held accountable.

Potential dot for connection: Someone needs to follow this up. Is Wilma Cline's husband Harold Cline? If so, he's a master gardener. What a coincidence since Boies owns a lawn service under another name. Here's a master gardener weblog for your review...

The butterfly group took third place and included Tom Hewitt, Verna Freshley, Adriana Gregory and

Harold Cline.

The butterfly project was titled “Butterflies…nature’s wake-up call” and included excellent photos of common South Florida butterflies and nectar and larval plants.

Only 14 points separated third place from the fourth place Master Gardener Program project, which was titled “Let your mind bloom.” Carol Beck, Lois Ballard, Nancy Y. Cohen, and Sandra Brockington created an awesome display for recruiting future Master Gardeners.

Anything's possible in Palm Beach. FV

Harold Cline is probably not her hubby. He's 82 years old. But, maybe related by marriage to her - or maybe not. It's so curious that his name wasn't published. Why are they protecting Cline's husband's identity?

This blurb by CNN from the Houston Chronicle has been UNREPORTED:

CNN reported today that sources close to the investigation that it did not identify said Limbaugh had turned up as a buyer of powerful painkillers but that he was not the target of the investigation.

Mike Edmondson, a spokesman for the Palm Beach County state attorney's office, told The Associated Press early today that his office could neither confirm nor deny that an investigation was under way.

SOURCES CLOSE TO INVESTIGATION WAS NOT THE TARGET OF THE INVESTIGATION.

The trail has led to US District Court Judge (Clinton appointee and friend) Lewis Kaplan. Some believe he is an integral part of a Zionist underground. I would have laughed at that a week ago. After reading this and all of the Clinton-Boies-Kaplan connections I think I am intimidated enough to quit this research.

John Doe #5 has been positively identified by the Intelligence Service as Daniel Spiegelman (a.k.a. William Taylor), a major fund raiser for the Oklahoma City bombing operation. He was arrested and imprisoned in the Netherlands when he attempted to sell historical documents stolen from Columbia University to finance the OKC bombing. Spiegelman was extradited from the Netherlands to the United States on the condition that he would not be charged with a capital crime for which he could receive the death sentence.

United States District Judge Lewis Kaplan (ADL member and Zionist) sentenced Spiegleman to 60 months in jail, plus 3 years probation, 300 days of community service in an adult literacy education program, and restitution to Columbia in an amount not yet determined. Daniel Spiegelman's conviction will be set aside, however, as his defense lawyer Paul Kurtz has been found to be a "fake" lawyer. Paul Kurtz, 56, of Bethesda, Md., was charged in a 41-count indictment issued by a Manhattan federal jury for claiming to be a licensed attorney and defending clients including Daniel Spiegelman who was convicted of stealing rare manuscripts from Columbia University. Spiegelman was sentenced in April 1998. Daniel Spiegelman is Jewish.

These words were written by "William Cooper, age 58, [who] was killed by 17 police officers in a midnight raid on his residence in Arizona, November 6, 2001. It is felt that articles such as this, had more to do with his 'assassination' than the flimsy charges of which he was accused. !! Also his articles on the WTC were perhaps, too informative. He was author of Behold a Pale Horse."

I checked out the Boies basically, rap sheet you linked. Is there anything besides the National Enquirer connection that implicates him in Rush's situation? Personally, I think that's enough right there.

Rush was Plan B in case she got caught imo too. He's not the target of the investigation and she could say she bought pills for the Wizard of Oz and they'd had to investigate it.

"Rush's Accuser Has Arrest Record

The man who, along with his wife, has accused Rush Limbaugh of buying drugs from the couple has an arrest record.

According to the Fort Lauderdale Sun- Sentinel, David Cline was arrested for living under a false name for years in what authorities said was an elaborate attempt to avoid paying child support.

The newspaper reported that deputies arrested Cline in May 2000 after his ex-wife tracked him down. He ended up pleading guilty to unauthorized possession of a driver's license and three counts of title fraud, and agreed to serve 18 months' probation.

This does not say "i'm innocent" does it?

I think the fact that Rush didn't come right out and say "I'm innocent" pretty much proves he's not innocent. It's been reported that the investigation has been aimed at nailing the suppliers and not the buyers so hopefully Rush will get immunity if he rats out his suppliers.

Well, well, well.

Did anyone not see this coming? A former employee who was paid for her story and a left-wing extremist hatemongering lawyer who would like to shut down Rush's forum. What an interesting partnership. Each, for different motivations, trying to destroy El Rushbo for their own gain.

This guy seems pretty corrupt. But then he's a Democrat lawyer. Did you expect any better?
