I don't have a cough. What I've been doing is talking to loud when I talk and I think I've made it worse. I've been on the phone too much the past few days, too.

Have you been checking for low grade fevers? Can you do this a few times a day? You may not 'feel' a low grade; but it would be best to rule out a secondary infection.
