funny how this story coincides with the release of his brother's book on the persecution of christians. the Left is functioning like the intolerant pinko fascists we always knew them to be. this has got me furious and i hope there are millions like me. this coupled with giving licenses to illegals so they can vote and forcing computer voting with no paper trail is ominous. i fear that our democracy is going to be stolen from us, they have hollywood, the media and now they are going to subvert our elections--we have got to take a stand.

Rush has been the best friend Drudge ever had.

As far as I have ever been able to tell, Drudge has nothing but the highest respect for Rush. It was Drudge who went after O'Reilly when it was rumored that he was launching his show as Rush was suffering with the hearing loss. Drudge was outraged by O'Reilly going after Rush when he was vulnerable.

with illegals voting and the usual democrat fraud, i'm not so sure. the left hates this country and hates democracy, this stifling of dissent and dissenters is grotesque. the left's position is no patriot act for terrorists, but they want it to monitor political conservatives. chill wind. what they did to bill bennet was also grotesque. his gambling habits were supposed to be confidential. if you remember bennet was doing teach ins in favor of war in iraq. he was destroyed, we can't dismiss the possibility that CIA types (who have historically used tabloids to destroy enemies) is seeking to destroy people that support bush. it appears that powerful, rogue, pinko elements in cia and government are trying to destroy president bush, many are pushing kerry's candidacy. why???

I agree with all of you, but watch how freedom of speech dries up if (when?) the sponsors start catching heat. ESPN has already expressed regret when they knew in a pre-show meeting exactly what was going to be said.

We just lost a wildly popular conservative radio announcer in the Rochester market for a dumb comment perceived as racist. His punishment was 2 days suspension, then 5, then diversity training. Drip, drip, drip. He was fulfilling all the above plus two apologies. Today's paper indicated the sponsors bailed when threatened with a boycott by the Af. Americans, clergy and libs.

A deadly game is being played with Rush. Our outrage has to outweigh the dark side.
