I think he planned the comment to show how shallow the libs are and cause controversy in the NFL so they stop their racial preference system. You cannot possibly be serious.
Rush has wanted this job for a long time; he wouldn't plan something like this.
You people have to understand one thing: Rush Limbaugh is a radio talk show host; he's not a political operative; he's not involved in this administration, any of its plans, nor is anybody calling him from the White House asking for his advice.
He's just a radio hack who loves football. The sad thing is he probably let his mouth get away from him and now he won't be back next year.

Matt Drudge Visits Gay Bars, 'Dates' Gay Men
New York Post | July 1, 2001
INTERNET gossip monger Matt Drudge admits he hangs out in gay bars but swears hes not gay.
In her book "Dish," msnbc.coms Jeannette Walls interviewed an alleged ex-boyfriend of Drudges and claimed he "hung out with a crowd of promiscuous, openly gay men and dated several of them."
Now Drudge tells the Miami New Times weekly, "I go to straight bars, I go to gay bars. [Walls] never said there was sex; she said there was dating. She never had enough to go that far."
Asked whether it bothers him to be labeled gay, Drudge declares, "No, because Im not. But Im not going to be [Tom Cruises lawyer] Bert Fields and sue people for $100 million for printing this stuff . . . I think I told [one paper] something like, My youth is a blur. Thats a good out."
Drudge says his favorite DJ is gay icon Junior Vasquez, and bemoans the fact that clubland duo Thunderpuss went from dance-floor hits like "Bleep Me Harder" to remixing Enrique Iglesias tunes.

Where was the wiretap of Mahrer after he said that our soldiers were cowards (right after 9-11).
He never said our soldiers were cowards.
He basically pointed out calling the 9/11 Hijackers "cowards" was ridiculous (which, by simply consulting a dictionary, can be seen to be obviously true, and this was essentially agreed with by the other panelists that night, including those on the right) and then referred to past US policy (under Clinton) of lobbing unmanned cruise missles around in response to terrorism as cowardly (Also true, Clinton was more terrified of US casualties than he was concerned with actually getting any terrorists.)

Why would a guy with that much money have to use his housekeeper as a connection, as opposed to an ethically challenged M.D.? I would never use my housekeeper in that fashion, because I know she would step on the product. His housekeeper was his pusher? BWAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! Ya, sure. Only a deranged Democrat would believe this nonsense!
BTW, you can practically buy heroin over the internet and have it mailed to your house these days.

Gore is probably involved with this some way. All fo the stifling dissentg Fifth Column Leftists should pay for this. I want them all voted out, I want their business ventures boycotted. I , for one, am glad i only read the trash zines, I never buy them. Screw the Left. Pufball interviews for Saddam Hussein, and jihads against a wartime President and a radio personality exercising his freedom of speech--this is outrAGEOUS.

Man, the libs are working double time fabricating news for the opening of their Liberal Talk Radio and Algore's new liberal cable network.
First they manufactured the Bush WH leak story. Today it is a dubious piece on Rush drug abuse story.
Frankly, the libs would say anything just to fill the void that is surely inevitable an outcome to their dubious ventures.
Mark my words, this is all liberal gunk designed to attract their rabid base in hopes of toppling the King of the Airwaves and to further their hate President Bush campaign. Maybe this is the only way they can promise to their sponsors that they will be able to stay on the air long enough to air to make some profit.

That's it, Hillary is about to announce after the October 7 election. I bet that is what is going on, the witching hour.
witching hour noun the. the hour at which witches are supposed to appear, usually midnight
triple witching hour The final hour of the stock market trading session on the third Friday of March, June, September, and December, when option contracts and futures contracts expire on market indexes used by program traders. The simultaneous expirations often set off heavy trading of options, futures and the underlying stocks, which can cause large fluctuations in the value of their underlying stocks.

I don't know if I believe Drudge has this right, he only passes on what's he's told so he could be used. But, if this is right, it will take heavy convincing to change my mind that this story, the invasion of privacy that led to the outing of Bill Bennett's gambling and the recent Wilson story are not the results of a coordinated campaign run out of a trailer in Arkansas.

She's also friends with Bill Maher. I think she has really bad taste in men. I don't like Drudge very much myself. He's too corny and gossip-columnistish.
