Where was the wiretap of Mahrer after he said that our soldiers were cowards (right after 9-11).
He never said our soldiers were cowards.
He basically pointed out calling the 9/11 Hijackers "cowards" was ridiculous (which, by simply consulting a dictionary, can be seen to be obviously true, and this was essentially agreed with by the other panelists that night, including those on the right) and then referred to past US policy (under Clinton) of lobbing unmanned cruise missles around in response to terrorism as cowardly (Also true, Clinton was more terrified of US casualties than he was concerned with actually getting any terrorists.)

tHAT'S WHAT HE SAID. HE SAID LOBBING BOMBS FROM 15,000 FEET WAS COWARDLY--PRAY TELL, WHO WAS DOING THAT? OUR SOLDIERS. WE WERE TALKING ABOUT THE TACTICS OF THE TERRORISTS AND THE TACTICS OF OUR SOLDIERS, SAYING HE WAS INDICTING POLICY MAKERS (AFTER THE HUE AND CRY) IS SPIN.
