I didn't read the article, just the headline - I skimmed. Then I read Khurkris' reply. I say YES on the headline, and a big BAH to you, Khurkris! ;)

So if one third of women report ever having a date with a younger man, then it's a confirmed trend, and the human race's biological programming has once again been turned upside down by a liberal magazine survey.

At 34, I really can't imagine dating a younger man. I would think everytime he was staring at me he was looking at my latest fine line...
Yep, I can honestly say that, knowing what I know now about life, I would certainly marry an older man by at least ten years.

Now every geezer on the board will be hitting on you. Me, for instance. :-)

I find the majority of men I meet in my age group have never grown up. I hate to think what it would be like with a guy 10 years younger. It would be nice to meet someone who knew the difference between a man and being a boy. That seems to be a concept not grasped by many baby boomer males.

I don't seek them out - they seek me out. In the last year, only three men my age or older (James, David, Scott) have taken me out, while I've dated nearly a dozen younger (thirty-something) men (Chris, John, Gregory, Daniel, Stuart *sigh*, Robert, Kavin, Cameron, Brad, Jeff, and next week, Don, then Steve). I turn down more dates than I accept.

The nice thing about older men is their eyesight. They don't see the wrinkles. And if they do they're smart enough not to mention them.

The nicer thing about younger women is that thier stories are shorter.

Geezer female here with decades of wisdom
(Just humor me)
Age is relative. You can be mature at 30 and childish at 50.
That being said and done, at this point in my life, I date my age or younger. I don't wish to get married to get married again and children are out of the picture.

The nice thing about older men is their eyesight LOL. My husband, 35, has terrible eyesight. He keeps talking about getting that lasik eye surgery. I am afaid he is going to be like "Whoah...is that Keith Richards across the table from me"
Just kidding. I think.

Reminds me of the old joke.....
Why are women and dog poop so much alike?
Because the older they get, the easier they are to pick up.

It would be nice to meet someone who knew the difference between a man and being a boy. That seems to be a concept not grasped by many baby boomer males. With the arrogant, hostile attitude toward men you have, it's no wonder you're single.
Obviously, you don't understand that experienced men can spot the chip on your shoulder from a mile away, and have learned the hard way to steer clear of women like you.
Let me give you some insight- we baby boomer men often prefer younger women not so much for their looks, but because they are less angry, less bitter, and carry a lot less baggage than baby boomer women.
