As I have said in a couple of recent posts "landslide in '04". It has been amazing to watch as the left fires barrage after barrage while our President stays calmly focused. The knockout punch is coming and the sissies on the left don't even see it coming. Just watch. Landslide in '04 will include a filibuster proof senate. People are sick of this crap and it will show in the only poll that counts.

Right!
Anyone who takes an election against the democrats for granted does so at their own peril.

Republican voters in primary states that allow cross-over voting can be expected to return the favor of Democrat meddling in the Republican nomination of 2000.

Even if this is true, it's the wrong attitude. Let's play it as if we are 20 points behind. I can't imagine that most people would vote Dem after 9-11, and the mid-terms in 2002 would seem to bear that out. Nevertheless, lets work hard for a landslide and for more Senators. Would love the replace Shumer in NY. Gulliani, where are you???

The Republican party is already divided. We don't need democrats to attack us, we are doing it to each other around here anyway. Everyone calling those who don't go lockstep with their favorite pet issue a RINO, etc.
It is shameful, and this is going to get us socialists in the government and we are doomed when that happens.
And they call me a "BOT", hah! Better than being a divider and an enabler of the left.

NEVER FORGET
...On the Day after her 2000 Election as a U.S. Senate Senator HILLARY Diane RODHAM vowed that the 1st Bill she would introduce after being sworn in would be one to eliminate our Electoral College.
...This same person who refused 3 Offers during the 1990's to bring OSAMA bin LADEN here when offered by the Sudan...
...is now looking to re-enter our Oval Office in 2004 as America's 1st Woman President to do us all so much more harm.
The Enemy is now Within...
and always has been.

Absolutely right. I'm voting for Reverend Al Sharpton in the California primary and I am going to encourage everyone I know to do the same.
If they are Democrats and they refuse I intend to ask them in very public places if they are racists. Their answers should be very enlightening.

There is no doubt that the political landscape looks good, on the whole. But a lot can happen between now and November 2004. There is nothing wrong with enthusiasm, but part of being conservative is being prepared for negative developements.

Even if this is true, it's the wrong attitude. Let's play it as if we are 20 points behind. I think an overly pessimistic attitude is at least as bad. People tend not to vote for someone they think is likely to lose.
