Three points come to mind.
1) Why isn't the Border Patrol erecting sand-filled jersey walls to make cars slow down to 10 mph through the checkpoint in both directions?
2)Cruz Bustamonte still wants to give these 'indigenous American people' driver's licenses. Shame on him.
3)I'm sure the idiots at Sacremento never saw this one coming when they cautioned the CHP against high speed pursuits on I-8.

Although our Lt. Governor Bustamonte SWORE AN OATH to uphold our government he still SUPPORTS MECHA and THE OVERTHROW OF CALIFORNIA ... that is why he doesn't want illegals to use their personal Mexican drivers license in the US ...

"Local officials and residents are clamoring for help including calling for a guardrail on the dirt median, more lighting and metal spikes on entrance and exit ramps. But the problem defies easy answers."
It seems to me those ARE easy answers.

How did the audience respond to the calls for legalization of Mexicans and issuing drivers licenses fair in the California debate? I missed most of it , but I thought the Democrat's plea for drivers licenses "for our Mexican family" was not warmly received ..am I right?

Despite several warnings by the moderator not to respond to any of the candidates' statements, the crowd did respond. In general they sounded like far lefties, as they clapped for liberal issues. Unfortnately, they also clapped at Cruz's and Camejo's pro-illegal responses. They at least were civil enough not to boo McClintock.

Interesting. I believe the solution is to return California, Texas, annd other illegal immigrant friendly states to Mexico . Theses states seem to like the immigration flow and that way the rest of us could have a more secure nation

No problem. I am sure that they all have drivers licences and insurance.
What is the problem, if you are an illegal you don't break the law.

Glad you pinged me!
"I think they learned they get away with it," said CHP Sgt. Leslie Lazo. "It's just a recipe for disaster." If every damn state would do their job and construct 'electrified' fences we'd all be happier!!!
