Howdy everyone. The settlement negotiations are going well. We reached an agreement in principle with the City Attorney's office and the next step is the City Council. We expect them to agree to the terms negotiated today and if so, there should be a press release from the City shortly after their next meeting, which I believe is scheduled for Jan 6. Can't go into confidential details about the terms until after the City Council meeting and it's a done deal. A mutually agreed upon press release will be posted at that time.
