I usually don't think much of lawsuits like this but in this case I'd say you don't have a lot of choice.

I wonder what happens next. Do you try to settle then if that does not work then you litigate? What's this going to cost if you litigate? How successful is this type of action in California? Has this lawyer handled this type of case before? If you filed a suit would you have if we had a "loser pays" system? Etc, etc.

But who cares about that stuff? We will find out what's what when it's the proper time. So best of luck!

BTW, if this goes really really well and they have to pony up a lot of dough I say you get one of those IBOT's. Or, if you do really well and have some extra cash I'd like a chopper built by those guys on the Discovery Channel. Porsche red please so it matches my other toys.

I guess discussing ideas and articles and not praising Hillary are examples of hate.

I love this, you know the Clinton's grand plan was to start with Bill and then have Hillary take up the family business. With a willing media on their side, we'd already have President Hillary but they never counted on the Internet and Fox. Imagine people freely discussing ideas and getting their news without a left leaning bias, why there'd be anarchy without the media running things.

You know they're scared when they seriously postulate that the media is biased towards the right. Of course the grilling and grudging media attention Hillary received over her new book is proof of that.

Good luck Jim. I hope they don't try to drag this out like they always do so it costs you a fortune while you also get to pay for their attorney fees in the form of your taxes.
