AFAIK Alan Autry acted in an honorable manner. How do you think this lawsuit affects his political prospects?

When he changed his mind and decided to run for mayor again, all of the serious challengers dropped out.

The actions alleged in the Notice of Claim are reprehensible, but said document as presented here lead me to ask:

Is the Claimant, Free Republic LLC, in fact a person?

To what extent was Claimant damaged?

To what monetary award for damages is Claimant entitled?

But will the present legal action serve to accomplish anything but the enrichment of a couple of lawyers??
