Exactly! KSM details plans from 1996 and yet the Bojinka plot surfaced in 1995. No coincidence.

After Yousef fled the Philippines in 1995, local police discovered plans for three types of terrorist attacks on his laptop computer. One was Bojinka. A second plot called for the hijacking of an airliner with plans to crash it into a U.S. nuclear power plant.

Yousef's third plan, however, reads like an early blueprint for 9/11, calling for U.S. airliners to be hijacked then crashed kamikaze style into American landmarks. Specifically mentioned on a list of potential targets found on Yousef's laptop: The World Trade Center and Pentagon.

Sunday's AP report noted that Khalid Sheikh Mohammed worked with Yousef in the mid-1990's, then later took Yousef's plan for kamikaze airstrikes on the U.S. to Osama bin Laden for refinement and funding.

The fact that the mastermind of 9/11 borrowed his plans from the mastermind of the '93 WTC bombing is the best evidence yet that the two plots were linked.

Where are all those quotes from the FBI and CIA that Bojinka was ignored and that the "intelligence" community had no idea that 9/11 could or would happen the way it did. I think a few choice quotes from CIA Head Tenet are in order!

Page 62 addresses KSM and Bojinka for example.

It was stated later that it was only in 1998 after the East African embassy bombings that the intel community elevated bin Laden to a "tier 0" level.

Lots of questions need to be asked and answered IMO.

Further, what is in plan for 5 years from NOW?

You're right about OKC. There are some Congresscritters (Republicans, naturally) who want to re-open that investigation. It gains momentum and then loses steam and I haven't heard anything in about 5-6 mos.

Bush should pull it all together, give a speech in prime time, and lay it all out. A "here is what we have uncovered" speech, complete with ross perot style graphics for the sheeple. Let's see what the Clintons will say when the 93 WTC attack is shown to be AQ/Iraq, Clinton never even visited the site after the attack.

Awww..geeeez...no kidding? Us Freepers have been reporting on this for well over a year now. This falls right in line with the other boneheaded pronouncements that:

1) The Niger incident never took place because Saddam already had enough uranium and therefore wouldn't need more; and

2) The CIA had videos of trucks moving the WMD into Syria in January 2003 and it "didn't register" with them at the time.

Good grief...fire everyone in the CIA and FBI and get some competent people in there!

Sometimes the database gets "stuck" doing something else. When it is stuck like that it can't do anything else (like accept posts.) I think the problem is similar to what happened to Freepmail, and I believe the solution will be similar as well. Just a matter of programming and then setting aside a couple hour block of time to take the site down to fix the database.
