I don't have a clue whether this will have any bearing on the trial.

Being a member of the public jury...this guys antics before he was arrested were astounding and only gives me one conclusion. He is lucky im not on the jury that will be presented the case.

The story about Geragos, Cadee, and Condidit is quite interesting! I guess Cadaver Carolyn couldn't make the trip?
As always, thanks for your posts, rb. Been lurking this summer, between massive gardening and home improvement projects.

If there is any hint that Peterson met with this guy or has any conection this case is closed. Remeber, reportedly Scott told Amber he did not have anything to do with Laci's disappearence, but knew who did.

Good morning runningbear, thankyou for the ping. I have to go to my sister's most of the day, will catch up with the thread later.
Reguarding the caffeine in her system it was also reported in the following link,on May 31th.My quote is from the 12th paragraph of the article.
http://www.nydailynews.com/front/story/88344p-80416c.html "The report also said she had caffeine in her system. If the levels are high, and Laci Peterson had a habit of drinking coffee at a certain time of day, "that might tell you what time of the day this [slaying] occurred," Spitz said."

I didn't do it but know who did.
Gee, that's EXACTLY what Condit said to his airline hostess girlfriend.
The fact still remains that creepy Peterson was cheating on his wife and was fishing 90 miles away (where the body was found) when she was kidnapped (according to Scott). One would think he never expected the bodies to be found. Duh!!
He'd have a better shot if he never had made the phone call home, never kept the receipt from the dock, never talked to his girlfriend, never said the dog was loose. In short, he served up (on a platter), the case that will unfold. It is HIS PLAN gone wrong.

Scott Peterson killed his wife. In the end, there seems no point made at all by this article; save to 'inform' the public, but of what?
Seems they do everything they can to give this case an 'aura of mystery'; where in realty, there is none.
For my vote Scott Peterson is 'Guilty'; plain and simple.

Runningbear - thanks for posting these articles. Can you add me to your "ping" list? I'm not sure how it works but I assume that I will be notified when you put something new up. Thank you! Julie

Is Scott still trying to sell us a load of sh#t? Shouldn't that be s#!t? (Is there a standard lexicon for fake cursing? Shouldn't we have a FAQ on this?)
