Voters, not worried that he may split the vote, stand by principles rather than desire to win.

One of her concerns is the stubbornness that has helped keep him in the race a stubbornness that has found him voting against every budget in the legislature for the past decade and even casting the sole vote against the car-tax reduction bill in 1999 because it didn't go far enough.

The editorial pages of the Register are Libertarian(sp). The rest of the paper has become pro democRAT. The only reason I still subscribe is that it is still one step above the LA Times. Sounds like another divide and conquer article. Parley

"Politics is the art of compromise"
Up to the point that you compromise principle!
Carlos Moorhead uttered that to me at lunch one day in 1964 and I blasted him for the statement telling him that the day he compromised principle he lost my support.
The next day he gave me my first appointment to the RSCCC.
Tom has my vote no matter what the polls say, as far as i'm concerned, Busto and Arnold are equals, the only difference is Arnold has a R after his name which in some ways makes him worse than Busto.

350? WOW!
That's much better than the showing in Temecula where it was only 200 and many of those were members of the media.

Tom McClintock found a roomful of true believers at the Bahia Corinthian Yacht Club on Saturday Can anybody say "Country Club Republican"? What's next, a Rockefeller family endorsement?
To: NormsRevenge
But McClintock's unwavering stand against taxes, abortion, gay rights, and services for illegal immigrants made him the only possible choice for those who heard him Saturday morning. Finally, a Republican who fights for what he believes in - and is unfortunately ridiculed in the process.
