Call Jeb's Office at 850-488-4441 and ask to speak to Lauren O'Conner (Aide to Governor Bush).
Let her know that by Jeb's own admission in his Amicus Memorandum that Terri is being denied due process.
Let her know that Jeb as Governor has an obligation to step in and bring a halt to Terri's execution. Do not stop calling.

1. MICHAEL SCHIAVO HAS FAILED TO PROVIDE REHABILITATIVE SERVICES FOR TERRY
SCHIAVO.

2. TERRY SCHIAVO DID NOT HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION IN COURT WHILE THE
PROCEEDINGS WERE GOING ON. HER PARENTS HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION, HER HUSBAND
HAD LEGAL REPRESENTATION BUT TERRY DID NOT.

3. THE BASIS OF REMOVAL OF THE FEEDING TUBE WAS SOLELY ON THE
RECOMMENDATION OF THE PHYSICIAN APPOINTED BY THE COURT. HOWEVER, PHYSICIANS
DO NOT HAVE THE KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERTISE TO DIAGNOSE REHABILITATIVE PROBLEMS
NOR DO MANY OF THEM EVEN UNDERSTAND HANDICAPPED CONDITIONS. AT NO TIME WAS A
REHABILITATIVE TEAM APPOINTED TO DIAGNOSE OR ASSESS TERRI'S SITUATION.

4. LEGAL REPRESENTATION SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE HUSBAND AND AWARDED TO
THE STATE OF FLORIDA OR A THIRD PARTY.

5. ALL LEGAL PROCEEDINGS SHOULD BE SQUASHED AND RENDERED NULL AND VOID.

I sent a letter to Gov. Bush and issued a challenge to him, I told him if it was really true that he could not legally do anything further to help Terri, then he needed to light a candle and go to the vigil with Terri's family and the other supporters. In other words.........show his support, for all to see. I think we all should challenge him to do this, and if anyone has contact with someone at the vigil, maybe they can do a poster "Gov Bush light your candle" If the media picks up on this it would be so terrific. He needs to stand for what he says he does!!!

I also spoke with Lauren O'Conner about an hour ago.

She said that they are getting many calls.....keep it up Freepers.

She says that due to the 'separation of powers' Jeb cannot further intervene. I said that I believed he could since Terri has been denied 'due process'.

I asked that Gov. Bush, as a pro life supporter, issue a statement regarding Terri's 'death execution'.

I said that what is happening sets a terrible precedent for Florida by allowing the Judicary to 'murder a disabled person'.
