Didn't he let that guide dog loose in order that she might escape but the dog would not leave his side and lead him out anyway?

Yes, that's why I included it. As far as I know, it's the only photo of Mr. Hingson and Roselle taken shortly after they got out of the buildings. In this one, it looks like they are walking on Church Street past St. Paul's Chapel.

This man is very familiar to me. I have seen him many times in the years I worked in that area. God Bless him that he is still living (gotta love the dog as well).
