Double Posts--A Vanity

Okay. I'm seeing it happen to a lot of people now...it's not just me. What's with the double posts? (And triple, and quadruple, and quintuple...)
It's something to do with the system. The screen hangs after you hit POST and you just sit there. Then you finally hit BACK and REFRESH and your post isn't there. So you try again, or not, but eventually you find out that this process resulted in a lot of posts.
Is this a problem FR is having, and do TPTB know about it?

In my case, it's because of those danged pop-up ads that, er, pop up just as I hit the "post" button. When that happens, I can't be sure my FR message has posted because the ads become the active windows one after the other. I close each one before proceeding to post.
