According to the report "EU Trade Barriers Kill" released Sept. 5 by the Brussels-based think tank, the Center for the New Europe (CNE), "One person dies every 13 seconds somewhere in the world — mainly in Africa — because the European Union does not act on trade as it talks."

If food is cheaper to buy because someone else is foolishly paying part of the bill, then buy it cheap and use the money you saved for something else! If Europeans want to continue to give out this "hidden" Foriegn aid that's a problem the European taxpayer should be worried about, not the rest of the world.
