Says he's fighting hard to win, its early, this is why we have campaigns, so he'll keep on campaigning, BUT if it is clear that Bustamante is going to win unless he endorses Arnold, then he'll endorse Arnold. But it is way too early to determine that.

Makes a lot of sense, so now maybe its time to lay off some of the constant sniping, and let's see how the campaign goes over the next few weeks and after the debate.

Makes absolutely no sense at all. NOW is when people are mailing in votes they can't take back. NOW is when his fevered scorched-earth subset is getting increasingly frenzied and strident. NOW is when monies are being spread about that should be focused.

NOW is past time for him to withdraw.

I don't recall him using the word endorse.

I believe he said that it would be up to each individual voter as to what the appropriate adjustment should be regarding any change in support that the voter might contemplate given the set of circumstances at that time.

Maybe a "cease fire" between McClintock's and Arnold's supporters, in order to fire away at Bustamante, instead?

Early? It's NOT a primary. Absentee ballots are in the mail.

That is much better than what I heard he said on Sean's radio show. I had lost respect for him if he wouldn't withdraw if it appeared he couldn't win. I feel better now!
