Antenna Ball will win rookie of the year. You heard it here first.

OK. I hate most of the people on this thread. I would call you'all Dolphin haters, "sh!theads" or "a$$holes," but I won't. We deserved to be beat, even with the poor officiating.
Flame away while you have a chance.

Antenna Ball will win rookie of the year. You heard it here first. And he didn't cost us anything. Only reason we picked him in the draft.
Casserly gets genius points for that. :)

Ummm, ever consider that we might just be Texans fans?

Looks like Buffalo might be the team to beat in the AFC East this year. They murdered my Patriots today.
GO BILLS!!

I have no respect for professional sports like I did when I was younger. That includes all the Houston franchises!
But I wil tell you that beating Jerry Jones & Cowgirls last year in the Texan's franchise opener was indeed very sweet!
Houston teams always self-destruct, we'll have to see if the Astros keep up the tradition.

Sore loser?
Come to Houston...we've had years of training on how to lose gracefully.
Have a cold beer. Chill out. :)

But I wil tell you that beating Jerry Jones & Cowgirls last year in the Texan's franchise opener was indeed very sweet! I literally had no voice for two days after that game. Fortunately, I took that Monday as a vacation day as I always do following a night home game, but I was still hoarse when I went back to work on Tuesday.
'Twas very sweet indeed. I HATE the Cowpatties.

Any teams playing before 9:00PM Monday night are competing for second place. Today's the undercard; tomorrow night the heavyweights step into the ring.

Sore loser? Yes I am.
But, I will have a beer and chill.

I would call you'all Dolphin haters Dophin Hater here. If you can't win the Big One with the best pure QB of all time, you don't deserve to exist.

Oh yeah, the Bills looked great. And Chris Berman picked 'em to go to the Superbowl.
Of course Berman has picked the Bills to go every year for the last decade...
To: M Kehoe
Well, at least there are 15 more games. A lot can happen between now and the playoffs. IIRC, the last 2 Superbowl champs lost their opening game...
To: Diddle E. Squat
We can do both. I am a Texas fan AND I hate Miami.
WTF happened to the Rams today?? Damn that was bad to watch.
To: aegiscg47
I hear you. I am still in shock. Why did Miami keep Wannestedt again? The guy always looks so damn nervous on the sidelines.
To: Dog
Try 4-12. One of the best records for an expansion team.

Just watch the Titans tonight, my friend. Not me. We ran that team out of Houston. When they had a "Keep the Oilers in Houston Rally"--12 people showed up. The media out numbered the attendees.
People hated Bud Adams and wanted him gone! It wasn't the team but the team owner. He was never popular after he fired Bum Phillips with a 11-5 record. Bum was popular; Bud was jealous.
Houston has a team with management to be proud of.

The Dolphins played as well as they could have given the mistakes that they made. I'm a big Dolphin fan and this loss does hurt. However, it doesn't take away from the gutsy, fantastic game that the Texans played.
Well done, Houston!
Be Seeing You,
Chris
