I tried a search on Google for something similar to this, and found nothing. I think this story from this website is erroneous, at best. That they did not name the magazine seems to me to be evidence that the story is based on something that does not exist.

I seem to remember something being posted along these lines being posted here in the past month or so.
Unfortunately I don't think I replied and I can't find it now but there was a lot more details and it might have been the article refered to here.
