I was listening to John and Ken yesterday, and they listed all the problems that will develop should this be signed into law. They will be able to vote, they can flash them at the border patrol when they get caught sneaking in, etc.

Damn you Gray Davis!

I have an idea once this get signed into law.

Have members of Congress WITHHOLD federal highway funds for the state of California. Since the feds withhold funds for other reasons (i.e. not raising drinking age), why not do it here. Roads in CA will be "less safer" with all the uninsured, illegal-alien motorists ?

Money talks. I think it would work.

if you go, be prepared for violence or at least abusive language from the other side. i'd bring plenty of big bruisers if i were to 'freep' a pro-illegal alien circus such as this, in Lincoln Park.

Yeah...I'm sure that's all part of the strategery.

Your sarcasm is merited! There is a provision in the bill which prohibits the use of information sharing between the DMV and law enforcement agencies. I would think the terrorist org. are dancing in the streets. They will have a license to operate without impunity, when this bill is signed. This bill applies to ALL ILLEGALS.

You could also play some particular dirty trick to fix their wagons and throw a monkey wrench into the whole thing: sabotage it but good, by placing/"planting" an innocuous statement in an Arabic newspaper in Arabic, in Sa'ana or Riyadh, theorizing that now it will be easier for "the brothers to get into the USA to carry out jihad by going through California" and easily getting licensed. Then, get the Arabic article translated into English, flood Capitol Hill and Homeland Security with it it, have a federal breach of national security declared on this law, and accordingly render the law devoid for border integrity reasons under the Patriot Act or some other such federal national security statute.

The Arabic media is going to pick this up anyway sooner or later, and the terrorists cells will know of the New Vulnerability. Might as well smoke 'em out with it and play hardball and beat them at their own game.

Sounds good, but it probably won't work.

Only one thing works with politicians. You all know the phrase to repeat after me.

SHOW ME THE MONEY !!!

You underestimate how entrenched the latinos are in the school administration. The reason Mecha has as much budget and access to school resources is because of all the willing participants in the admin offices. The place to go after Mecha at Southwestern College is at the level of the school board. The people on campus will be totally uncooperative. Be prepared to be labeled a racist as soon as you attempt any action against Mecha.

This is an absolute DISASTER and a serious breach of National Security, IMHO.

Why the hell did don't they sign the damned thing six days later on September 11th, to not only commemorate the 3000 killed, but to send a signal to terrorists that, after 24 short months, the idiots have their legs spread open again for another national rape! Sick!

I wonder what this part is all about. Is the White House waiting to see how Californians react to Davis signing this bill?

This is a rough translation. The original Spanish text follows.

NOTE: I don't know who Botero is. Is he a spokesman for Arnold?

Botero, on the other hand, said that he hopes that the position of Schwarzenegger [on Prop 187] does not repel Latino voters at the ballot box.

In addition, Botero added, the republican [Schwartzenegger] supports a migratory reform to legalize the million immigrants, which would occur with the aid of the White House.

The original text from the article in La Opinion:

Botero, por su parte, dijo que no espera que la posición de Schwarzenegger repercuta en las urnas o con el voto latino.

Además, agregó, el republicano apoya una reforma migratoria para legalizar a millones de inmigrantes, que se daría con la ayuda de la Casa Blanca.

Maybe You underestimate how entrenched the latinos are in the school administration.

I have no illusions about the infiltration of our college campuses. I would have no intention with "asking" the college administrations for anything. What I have learned from the recent activity on this recall race is that Mecha's voice is almost completely muted.

This is because a bright light has been shone on these cockeroaches. The lawsuit, if it is well supported would be publicized on every talk radio outlet we could find. Mecha would be called to answer difficult questions. In addition, we could name the universities individually or en masse as co-defendants. This would create a large amount of unwanted publicity for each and every university.

Tax payers would want to know why public funds are being spent to support a racist organization.

Why can't this work?

Good idea. They're already on top of this, figuring out how to use Davis' latest efforts at pandering for their own use.

Can Davis be accused of treason?

You are correct.

But, just the one thing I'm wondering about is:

Do real Americans that give a $hit about America have a voice anymore? Cuz IMHO, we've been $old out by all the politicos, both (D) and (R). This is ridiculous, and I don't even live in California; it'll come to every state near me and you eventually anyway. WTF!
