People just hate successful people--and people sure love to hate...And there's a word for that: envy

And how is that Bush's fault? That is how America has been set up for ages.

You apparently have a difficult time reading. My income, as an information system specialist, has gone up by approximately 50% over the last 4 years. If I might ask, what are you doing wrongly?
You may have a good argument somewhere, but might I suggest that you show us something of substance? You seem to be going in circles.

Get ready, when he actually passes on, there will be liberals celebrating like never before.I disagree. When he actually passes on there will be so many wonderful eulogies, so many true celebrations of his life and spirit, so many commentaries about his Presidency, there will be a revival of Reaganism in our country, and the libs will not know where to go to escape from it all. For his leadership and for the courageous way he left us, he may well be seen as a hero and, I hesitate to say this, he may do as much for our country in his passing as he did during his lifetime. I miss his vibrant smile.

Albert Einstein couldn't get a job in high tech in the United States today I suspect Einstein would be holed up in a university lab, using up grant money, not searching for a job in Silicone Valley.

I'm sorry I don't have statistics but I have this: Higher income, 2 kids, new house, 4 wheel drive truck, and less money stolen "lawfully" by the government. 4 years ago I made less money, lived in a crappy basement apartment, 2 wheel drive truck that got stuck everywhere, and had more money stolen by the government. All you have is my word, and I am an honest man.

The eulogies are already written, CNN has leaked them on their website. To me, that is exceedingly strange. Why write an obituary before someone passes?

Yeah, and 9-11 united liberals behind the President. Liberals will be celebrating, maybe not the politicians, but the DU.com slug-variety will.

Why? How long would it take a good writer to write a eulogy about a significant American figure? I cannot imagine it would be that difficult.

Our receptionist went to Hawaii and New Orleans this year.
My other receptionist bought a home.
What line of work are you in?

I think they must update the person's bio every so often so as to be able to publish it as quickly as possible when the person passes.

I live in NC, so yeah, ask me. I am better off now than I was 4 years ago.
Since I am the only one who responded, the statistics say 100% that Freepers are better off today than 4 years ago.
I will admit, that in my case, that's not saying a lot.
You sound like you are in pain over this issue. I hope things get better for you and yours.
I can't imagine doing Bush's job. He isn't responsible for most of the crap that is going on and in many cases he has done a remarkable job.
I didn't want him as president. I'm glad it wasn't up to me.

Funny you should say that. My wife recently made me realize that the greatest reason to do good and go to Heaven was that Hell would be populated for eternity with Bill and Hillary, Jessie Jackson, Tom Daschle, etc. NOW THAT WOULD BE HELL!

Ask everyone here on freerepublic if they are better off today than they were 4 years ago.My income has increased by nearly 40% in the past 4 years. This would have NEVER happened under Gore or any other liberal dimwit.
Bush doesn't micro-manage every damn job ya' know?
