It's very exciting and informative for the people that live in this state. [/NO sarcasm]

Best of luck to Tom. He'd make a great Finance Director in Arnold's administration.

I heard one sentence.......he spoke of all he tried to do in 20 years.

Sorry, but CA needs new leadership.

Great communicator.

He is good, and should serve in the A.S. administration, or run for Senator.

He must first do the honorable thing, like Issa and Simon did, and ensure a GOP win by dropping out of the race.

No, just "RINO" will do for you. Neo-Con is too often used as a "code word" around here, and I'll have none of that.

McClintock's personality and measure maybe ordinary, but Californians should be excited by his economic proposals; it's their best chance to save the state from a economic depression.

Why it is honourable to get out of the way of a carpetbagging opportunist?

Dig the overwhelming response to this thread.

That's because everybody's already on the McClintock daily thread.

Not likely. If Arnold were to be elected we would need the likes of Tom to head off the tax increases after he declares that the budget situation constitutes an "emergency" -- just like Pete Wilson did in 1991.

Yeah, but is he man enough to "reveal himself" at the Governor's Christmas Orgies?
