I thought I read he covered this. Is he open to cover it again? It needs
constant attention and also people need to know what they can do to try to get
this madness to stop. The links your provided are excellent. I did try to get
the attention of the New York Times but no response, I even tried Matt Drudge
but he didn't write me back. O'reilly would be doing a great favor to cover this
and would be doing a good an inestimable service to post those links and to help
Michael Schiavo get investigated and this death sentence torture order of Terri
Schindler stopped. Bush can't seem to get up enough gumption to do anything more than to write a letter of suggestions which have been put in the trash bin file
by Judge Greer. Hopefully soon Terri will be back to Terri Schindler instead of Schiavo.

Dear Mr. O'Reilly,

I'm sure that you are aware of Terri Schiavo's story. I am shocked and appalled at the treatment that this woman has received at the hands of her "husband" for 13 years. She's on a feeding tube, not a ventilator for pete's sake! Her husband has denied her access to any rehabilitative therapy, after suing doctors and winning a substantial settlement...earmarked for Terri's care. Michael Schiavo has tried to deny access to Terri by her parents, friends, and even her priest.

There are many troubling aspects to this case; the unexplained collapse that led to Terri's disability; her husband having her medical records sealed; the bone scan results www.terrisfight.org ; the appearance of a conflict of interest between Suncoast and Judge George Greer and others in political office in Pinellas County.

Terri was rushed to Morton Plant hospital early this morning, where her husband refused to allow her to be treated. She was taken back to hospice. Today, the Federal District Court announced an emergency court date regarding Terri Schiavo, on September 2nd. Let's hope and pray that it isn't too late for Terri. If you can squeeze it in, could you mention her on your show?

One more thing....Michael Schiavo has said that when Terri dies, he will have her cremated.

SATURDAY NIGHT UPDATE: Per Bay News 9, a Federal Judge in Tampa has scheduled an Emergency Hearing this coming Tuesday in Tampa's Federal Courthouse. Terri's Attorney Ms. Andersen did a motion for an Emergency Hearing because they haven't received any news re: Terri and are stating that she has a bad infection that they blame Hospice and Michael Schiavo for.

Folks, I think the momentum is on our side. The Federal Judge in Tampa is more likely to be impartial and Terri has a better chance. Just the fact that he is holding an emergency hearing is promising.

We know that Judge Greer for whatever reason, is incapable of being impartial. If Terri's legal team proves that the hospice was negligent and responsible for her infections, then hopefully, Terri will be removed from hospice and maybe a guardian ad litem will be appointed. The last Motion hubby did in Circuit Court was that Terri not be treated for the infection that she got at the hospice.

Hospice will lose donations if they are found negligent. It's like they were neglecting her to the delight of Michael Schiavo which is my opinion, not factual. PLEASE PING YOUR LISTS. THIS IS A SMALL WIN FOR TERRI.
