Robert, could you please stop pinging everyone on the list when you are just answering something someone has asked you? The main focus here is Terri, not your stuff. Thanks.

I was very clear in my post to you, asking a direct question, with a clear yes or no answer requested.
I note you refused to answer with a yes/no.
Yes, you post often on threads relating to Terri Schiavo.
You also chide and "warn" other posters against what you deem "counterproductive efforts" to enlarge the internet communities access to relevant new developements in the battle for her right to live.
Interesting that you would not just clearly answer me as requested, or just ignore me.
Care to try again?

I have watched o'Reilly twice tonight and I was not impressed with the way he handled terris situation. He has pissed me off. He didn't help her at all. Maybe I'm just crabby from being emotional over this, but he did not help her at all.

I completely agree.

Can one civil judge in FL overrule another civil judge? Can we just "shop for judges"? If so, why did the Schindlers not look for a judge other than Greer? It is so tragic and confusing from the legal standpoint.
Will they be going back to federal court too? I know that's a longshot with a clintoid in charge.
To: MarMema
I know virtually nothing about organ donations. I did not know that dehydration makes the organs unusable, but that certainly makes sense.
So how is Michael Schiavo going to get more money out of "his" cash-cow?
Did O'Reilly show Schiavo's picture?
To: trustandobey
Another poster wrote earlier that Greer's latest starvation-dehydration order is the end of the line for the poor Schindlers.
Can Greer even be subject to a recall? I would imagine that the people in Pinellas Co. would reelect him!
To: Ohioan from Florida
Civil Court Judge Frank Quesada
Is Quesada ranked above Greer? If, so why can't the Schindlers go back to Quesada? Greer seems perfectly at peace with his starvation order. Wonder how he would like to go without food even for a day!
To: Theodore R.
You're asking the wrong questions. The issue for Michael isn't the 'cash cow' any longer, as proven by his petitioning Judge Greer for the right to spend Terri's reahbilitation funds to pay atty Felos in the effort to have Terri executed. The issue is 'will Schiavo be successful in killing off Terri before she can receive enough rehabilitation to indict him!' And yes, the Factor did show snips of Schiavo the Terrible, and snips of Terri the aware and responsive!

What made me think that Greer is a "Republican" of some kind is that he is a close friend of the Pinellas Co. sheriff. Most partisan Democrats like to associate with other Democrats, and certainly not a Republican sheriff. His outburst against Jeb, however, lends one to think (as I did at first) that he is a liberal Democrat in the Bob Graham (or perhaps Howard Dean) mold.
The fact that Jeb won't remove this "judge" for obvious bias causes me to question Jeb's intentions. Doesn't he have the power to suspend this judge?
This whole think could blow up politically in Jeb's face, but I am sure he expects it to all be over by Halloween!

(DEEP BREATH) Okay, guys...remember in the course of research around, what, 2-3,000 posts ago Scientology came up? Remember? We kept stumbling across them in our research. We all seemed to agree that perhaps Felos was mixed up with them, due to similar viewpoints. Here's an interesting tidbit I came across tonight...
From http://www.shipbrook.com/jeff/CoS/timeline.html
1988
St. Pete Times seeks to unseal files in four lawsuits against Scientology that settled in 1986. Although court files are normally open, the judge granted the church's request to seal these cases over the objections of opposing lawyers. The Church wanted to keep them closed.
Times lawyers argued in a motion in October that closing the files violated the First Amendment, interfering with the newspaper's right to gather and publish news. The suits alleged that Scientologists invaded the plaintiff's privacy and abused the courts by filing malicious injunctions.
Earle C. Cooley, national counsel for the Church of Scientology said, in reference to Scientologists opposing the Times' motion to unseal the files, "I don't know where the press gets the idea that it has a right to intervene in an agreement entered into by both parties and approved by the court."
"Mr. Cooley's memory is failing him," responded plaintiff's attorney Walter D. Logan. "We never agreed to seal the court files."
Patricia Fields Anderson, an attorney for the Times, said case law requries that court records be open, "and the burden of proof is on them to show why these cases should be closed."
I just thought it was interesting. If Felos is associated with Scientology, it would certainly explain any animosity on his part toward Pat Anderson.
