You're asking the wrong questions. The issue for Michael isn't the 'cash cow' any longer, as proven by his petitioning Judge Greer for the right to spend Terri's reahbilitation funds to pay atty Felos in the effort to have Terri executed. The issue is 'will Schiavo be successful in killing off Terri before she can receive enough rehabilitation to indict him!' And yes, the Factor did show snips of Schiavo the Terrible, and snips of Terri the aware and responsive!
