This is a really ugly situation. IT LOOKS LIKE SANCTIONED MURDER. It's the warehousing and extermination of our fellow citizens who fall under a very foggy criteria. It's like when in gym class, people who were little like me, were always picked last.

Steve Beaty signed on in April as chief information officer for St. Petersburg-based Bankers Insurance Group and already has his grand plan in place. He wants Bankers, by the end of this year, to host the websites of its highest-producing agents. [snip]

Agents will obtain forms online and see what customers are ripe for cross-selling. Bankers also will be their portal to planning vacations online.

"We want to be an MSN for agents," Beaty says.

Beaty, 41, started as an industry outsider with his own company, Micro Business Systems, providing software to independent agents. For Pinellas Park-based The Jerger Co., he developed a pioneering program that allowed it to quickly identify mobile homes by ZIP code and park. Thus, it could grow into the largest independent mobile home insurer in the Southeast, even as it spread its risk so that a single tornado didn't mean catastrophe for Jerger. In 1986, he sold Micro to Jerger and became its chief information officer. When Jerger was sold this year, Beaty jumped to Bankers.

Side interests: Beaty does political work for Republican state Sen. Jim King of Jacksonville and Republican state Rep. Dennis Jones of Seminole. "I don't think there any one person who knows computer programming better than the Steve Beaty," Jones says.

Community: Beaty is a past Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus and is president of his homeowners association in Dunedin. Advice: Beaty, a St. Petersburg Junior College dropout tells students to finish school. "I was lucky in life" and had the skills and right situations, he says.

Kimmie, syriacus' post about the mobile home business is an eye opener. How can Michael Schiavo's residence be the official address of the insurance company and in addition, they have a program to identify the zip codes of all mobile home parks. They are either mining for seniors to scam for insurance, then make them sell out and meanwhile while Felos is mining for other potential hospice patients? The fleecing of seniors by Jerger? and Terri's exit protocol are LINKED at the residence of Michael Schiavo and that's on the record. That's the way I see it.

Don't worry. If this thing comes to a head and they get closer to the despicable "exit protocol", you're going to see a lot of people suddenly take notice, almost immediately!

These stories can develop overnight, and the whole country could end up getting on board.
Now, if only they could cancel this darn Recall election out here. There's a news blackout on anything else, so far, and it's getting a bit frustrating.

Let's just stay on the job, and continue quietly working for Terri. This is a time of testing for all of us.

In January of this year he was assigned to the Family Law Division. Judge Greer is experiencing a strong learning curve and is eager to mention that the lawyers have been especially kind to him. He reads everything he can find on family law and talks with other judges and lawyers. In February, he completed the Family Law Certification Review Course. The Judge brings a special talent to the bench, having been a custodial and a non-custodial parent.

His first position after graduation was with Wolfe, Bonner & Hogan. From 1969 until 1992, he was a sole practitioner.

I just had an idea. How about contacting NewsMax.com about this.

I was thinking of their Editor-in-chief, Christopher Ruddy. He's an investigative journalist, one of the best around. He wrote the book "The Strange Death of Vince Foster" and was way up near the top on the Clinton enemies list. He's also a Catholic (I think), and this story would be pretty compelling to him, don't you think? NewsMax.com reaches a lot of people!

I found a blurb online that indicates Felos accepted a new term as hospice chairman of the board in Dec 1997. He became Schiavo's attorney, according to terrisfight.org, in May of 98. I have found no info whatsoever to indicate that he resigned from the board.

Chairmen going backward from present are as follows - no exact term dates, Suncoast website has no dates whatsoever on any material -

Sharon Miletich - new this summer/fall

Martha Lenderman - previous two years (she's the sister of a judge who serves in Family Law with Greer) - 2001-2003

C. Guy Hancock - 2 years before her - 1999-2001

If terms are 2 years (speculating), then it stands to reason that Felos' term was for 1997-1999. I found no info for a chair prior to Hancock, so it could have been Felos, if he didn't resign, or it could have been an interim serving out Felos' term. Who knows.

If Greer does issue this order, I don't understand how that would not be considered some sort of homicide?!?! This woman is perfectly capable of living her life, and is responsive to others, yet he wants to issue an order to remove the tube & kill her (no other word for it, really)?

I wish the parents could have the husband (whom I'm guessing put her into this state) removed as legal guardian, and somehow file on behalf of their daughter for divorce from this guy.

I am actually speechless at this whole situation.....
