McClintock seems okay and maybe better fiscally but if he can't win, well, shouldn't he take a walk for the team. And when would that decision be made? Absolutely GREAT idea, only problem is:
1) He CAN win
2) He's the only one on the team who's running right now.

So far McClintock says he's in it until the bitter end, which is just what it will be... Bustamante will be governor.
McClintock needs to cream Schwarzenegger in the one debate we'll see on TV, there may be others on radio. Either way, McClintock needs to equal Arnold in the post-debate polls to force Arnold out. If McClintock doesn't poll as well as Arnold by late September he needs to step aside.
We can't have both candidates come election day.

I guess people can't say that they don't know Arnold on the issues anymore.... Honestly, his answers on social issues bother me.
Listen, if Tom can pass up Arnold in the polls, by all means vote Tom! I will! BUT, if it's between Cruz and Arnold, sorry Tom, I'll vote Arnold.

That could have ended tragically. The close up of the baby in the front passenger's arms was scary. Had there been a collision it could have been deadly. And imagine having this lunatic come up to your car door ot the car door of your wife! What a great job by law enforcment in apprehending this nut.

I think you are right. But is late Sept a little late. And what about Reagan's 11th commandment. Either is a whole lot better than Cruz "lets give california to mexico" Bustowhatever. BTW maybe giving California back is something we ought to consider.

I was very impressed with the way he handled the questions. He is intelligent, sincere, moderate, charismatic, has convictions & plans. He studies issues and then decides the best action. Just what California needs it seems, esp. if he surrounds himself with capable advisors. And he doesn't have to insult other Republicans to justify himself, quite different from the approach of some.

Says Arnold's social views are "improving" and that his own social views on that have not changed "in 20 years." I have problems with anyone who tells me his opinions haven't changed in 20 years. It makes me suspect that he has stopped thinking somewhere along the way.

Oh don't shoot him,,put him in jail and let him have one of those new fangled domestic partnerships! Yeah...with cable TV, three squares a day, and a lawyer at taxpayers' expense so he can sue for having his Constitutional rights trampled upon by law enforcment who caused the entire ordeal.

I thought that. Why in the last 20 years my views on social matters have turned upside down. You raise kids and somehow you change or go nuts. Plus with half your friends divorcing you get less judging about it. Then kids of your friends come out of the closet and you don't judge them. Well, it just goes on and on. Never changing in 20 years sort of makes me wonder if he is rigid.

Actually it's not my choice, I live in Pennsylvania. I've been trying to stay out of this and hoping for the best for California, but another RINO not recognizing the Second Amendment drives me nuts!
