So if arnold supports Brady, does that mean he wants a shorter waiting period?

While I agree that the issue was slightly dodged, Arnold has a point in that the federal government has fallen down on the job of handling the illegal immigrant problem.

Liberal state office-holders only make matters worse.

Tick, tock, tick, tock....That is the sound of the clock counting down the time until Tom drops out of the race and throws his support to Arnold. He will do it for the reason you mention, because he understands the difference between tactics and strategy.

When will he do so? That is hard to determine. He can both help and harm the recall of Davis, and his replacement with a Republican. So far, he must have determined he is providing more help than harm.

That's unfortunately about what I expected. I was hoping he'd instead pleasantly surprise me.

He went on about Arnold surrounding himself with tax raisers or something to that effect. I don't know what "speaking ill of" consititutes. I guess if he called him son of a nazi or something like that. He spent alot of time on Arnold, not on Cruz.

yep, I think he is helping in the recall. The problem will come if he and Arnold are neck and neck with both behind Cruz,,that would be a hard one.

That's because Arnold has the equivalent of a primary opponent, as well as a general opponent. McClintock pointing out the purity of his political views as opposed to Schwarzenegger's is stating facts, not speaking ill.

Agree, it would get dicey at that point. I'm guessing it won't come to that, and if it does, someone will still fall on his sword for the victory.

It struck me funny.

Pro-Brady = pro-gun control = shorter waiting period = anti-gun control

yeah he was stating the purity of his views,,will purity of conservative views get a whole lotta votes in California? I don't know about that. I am still amazed that Reagan was governor of that state,,it amazes me.

That's what the Second Amendment is all about, to fight the tyranny that would be forced upon us, whether legal or illegal.

Ever ask McClintock about his "wild oats" days? Did HE ever inhale? I think you might be surprised at the answers and the truth...
I have zero doubt that Tom would NOT lie about it...

"there is NONE righteous, no not one" includes Tom McClintock, not just Arnold.

OH,,now I see. Well he does favor a shorter waiting period. This weekend I actually wished I had a gun. Our aged cat died a horrid death and the vet was out of pocket,,the poor cat died over 24 hours and I kept wishing I had a gun to just shoot him. People probably ought to have one around to kill dying pets and whoever else needs it.
