A cartoonist who's a good artist, topical, has a wry sense of humor, and a conservative slant! A counter-point to old Dungsberry. We have an editorial cartoonist at the KC (Red) Star named "Judge" who has the intelligence and wit of Terry McAuliffe (one of his more recent offerings had rows of flag-draped coffins with the caption, "bring 'em on"); and the guy's such a lousy artist he has to label every human figure so you can tell who it's supposed to represent.
