I dunno, maybe it's time for us to fight for what's right, tooth and nail if need be.

"Do evangelical Christians really want to say that this United States government is no longer a legitimate government and that we are no longer obligated to obey its courts when we disagree with their rulings?" he asked. "If so, let us understand it for what it is. It is insurrection. I want to reform this government, not rebel against it as an illegitimate government beyond repair."

Well, duh. One can and must rebel in the face of tyranny without playing out American Revolution II. The simple fact is this government is illegitimate and beyond repair. It has been for decades, but it would seem a majority of people like it that way, so they should have what they want and deserve.

The Christian can only stand in the gap and protest the semi heading at the blind that do not see. When government stands between God and his Saints, it is expected that they should refuse to obey, if they want a crown of life that is. When government stands between God and His Saints, it will not be a stretch for them to stand between all citizens and their rights, as there is no higher authority than man doling out those "rights".

One has to be ready to sacrifice onself to persecution and injustice without being violent. Civil disobedience is insurrection? Not hardly. It is a demand of a segment of society to have their grievances addressed in the face of un-constitutional therefore unlawful judicial edicts.

People should be calling their congressmen and demanding they pass a law restricting the Supreme Courts meddling in what the Constitution clearly denies them the power to do.
