[history]
With the blood of its children running through the streets of Jerusalem, Israel has no choice but to crumple the road map to peace and instead draft a battle plan for combatting terrorism.
Any hope for a political solution to the violence in the Middle East vanished in the bus bombing Tuesday, which killed 20 and maimed scores of others, many of them children.

Pretty well sums everything up: "You can't negotiate with that level of ignorance, hatred and religious insanity."
Turn Israel's warriors loose.

Always, Israel's fist is restrained by the United States. In the arab world, with no tradition of chivalry (strictly a western concept) "restraint" is viewed not as humanitarian but as a sign of weakness. Sadly the only way to deal with these jackals is to play by their rules. Smash them with no remorse.

"You can't negotiate with that level of ignorance, hatred and religious insanity."Colin Powell can, and did, just four days ago.
It's eminently clear that Pali "society" is violent, insane, and suicidal. Who is it in the White House that believes the civilized world can negotiate with these animals?
I predict this is going to blow up within a matter of weeks. It cannot continue.

This was all true for the last three years and did not impress anybody.

We need to allow Israel to protect its people; would we allow canada to restrict our actions if a domestic terrorist group sprang up here and started killing people?

Thanks Snippy.
There is no basis for negotiation with "people" whose only ambition in life is to see you wiped off the face of the earth.

The biggest sweet talking, bull$hit artist to ever inhabit the White House - spent 8 years kissing Arafat's arab ass, and got nothing in return....
You don't negotiate with the cockroaches in your kitchen..
You kill them..
Killing these lunatic bastards, is long overdue.
Bleed them white until they see and feel the TRUE meaning of war...
The road to peace, starts at the grave of Arafat and his thugs..

In order to give peace a chance, it first has to be imposed.

Too bad GWB and Colin Powell still are clueless.I wouldn't go that far to agree with your statement after all they are politicians and without a peaceful resolution formatted by the administration up front it could create a worldwide hatred for the US and Israel even worse than what exists now.
Politically, it is the right thing to do I.E. the roadmap....then squash the terrorists when THEY break treaty!

Too bad GWB and Colin Powell still are clueless. I hope there is at some level a realization that the time for this will come. Perhaps when the world is awash with oil we can clean up the nests of terrorism. Until we are truely ready for a serious religious war, we should prepare.

re: "Perhaps when the world is awash with oil we can clean up the nests of terrorism."
We gotta get off this addiction to foreign oil. I'm not sure of the solution, but gas for our cars is bought with blood. And, we don't even know whose blood.

"We need to allow Israel to protect its people; would we allow canada to restrict our actions if a domestic terrorist group sprang up here and started killing people?"Perhaps if we were using weapons provided by Canada, they might have something to say about it.
Under the 1967 US Arms Export Control Act, it is illegal to use US weapons to carry out extra-judicial killings. This act stipulates that weapons be sold to friendly countries solely for internal security and legitimate defence.
So, if Israel wants to keep firing rockets into population centers, they'll have to be non-US supplied.

thank you for this much needed wisdom,
just a guess but I surmise from the absurdity of your comment that you are one of those automotons who reflexively points to the "rules" anytime a situation where independent thought and judgement are required.
you make me sick. start thinking like an adult. the US supplies weapons to Israel so that she may survive the barbaric "neighbors" who surround her. hamas are armed combatants who daily murder civilians.
extra judicial killings by Israel. YOU damn right!
am yisrael chai.

DO NOT USE U.S. SUPPLIED WEAPONS IN AN EXCESSIVE USE OF FORCE TO KILL PALESTINIAN CIVILIANS.
I, and an increasing number of Americans including our President, are becoming intolerant of Israeli use of American supplied attack helicopters, tanks, and F-16 missiles to target Palestinian civilians.
If it is Israels intent to go after Palestinian civilians in an "eye-for-an-eye" payback (which makes you no better than they are), then do it without resorting to excessive force with American supplied weapons.
To: robertpaulsen
"including our president"? what you be smokin partner? if it werent for the islamo state dept W would beg sharon to 'teachem a lesson" pleazzzzzzzze
I like how you parrot the typical cnn/leftist bullsheyat about attacks on civilians by the idf..
read the last story about the 4 cockraoaches killed in gaza. they aint no civilians. they are armed terrowhorists on the way to spill blood. now if you can defend them then you have bigger issues than US SUPPLIED WEAPONS US SUPPLIED WEAPONS...repeat until blue in the face.
well then, if the scorpions who blow up buses full of kids are viewed as 'civilians' then those poor souls on guantanamo are likewise poor civilians.
we are at fault. its our fault they wanna kill us.
whose side are you on anyway?
To: robertpaulsen
Personally I don't care if Israel uses American W-88s on those murdering, verminous scumbags who call themselves 'palestinians'.
Hell, I'd personally foot the bill to ship a crapload of nerve gas over there just to make sure there wasn't anything left alive.
The mistake you're making is in equating the 'palestinians' with something that resembles a civilized human being. They aren't.
Their 'leadership' needs to be hunted down remorselessly and exterminated wherever they are found. If evidence leads to Syria or Iran, they get put on the 'regime change' list immediately.
The 'palestinians' have forfeited the right to be treated as civilized human beings by their actions.
