Nope. They sound like the Clinton defenders. Their mouths run on auto-pilot and their brains... well...

Ah, but you could have, and can, this is America! I'll bet Arnold was making less than you when he started out. Apparently, he was quite wealthy before he took up acting.

The debates are only for the top 6, Huffington-Bustamante-Arnold-Carmejo-McClintock-Uberroth
Arnie has not said if he wants to debate that early, so there may be another #6 spot.

I sincerely hope that the people of California get the government (and the governor) they deserve.
Well, that all depends on who and what they vote for in this recall. :)

Walkin Man - I see you're not from Calif. I am.
Real Republicans in California want a true conservative here, but, most of all, REAL Republicans do NOT want Cruz Bustamonte or Gay-I'd-sell-my-soul-to-the-devil-for-a-vote Davis as our governor. In my world, I'd have McClintock as our governor, but not everyone shares my ideals. We MUST NOT have Davis and ESPECIALLY not have Bustamonte as the winner in this race. If we get Arnold, we're very fortunate.

Fox just reported that Arianna paid $700 in federal taxes and ZERO in state taxes for the last two years.

That's the Democrats coming home...they are an outright majority in California (with most of the Independents, and other parties like the Greens, leaning leftward). This is to be expected...either Bustamante or Davis will get most of them anyway (Perhaps the RAT establishment is quailing at Bustamante).
That is why you MUST have a Republican that will draw votes from wishy-washy nominal Democrats. That's why you need the celebrity factor. Whoever wins MUST have a fair chunk of Democrat votes, that's a mathematical fact in California.
To: DoughtyOne
Your colleagues are self-destructing in front of your eyes. C'mon, dude, come away from the dark side, it's not too late to get on the McClintock bandwagon.

Smart guy. McClintock should be soon to follow. Then we can get on to WINNING behind Arnold.

No offense to Mr. Simon, but he just didn't deserve a do-over. I don't think Uberroth is any more important than Huffington, in all reality, again, no offense inteneded. Simon was very low in the polling and not moving. Sadly, the same goes for McClintock. Huffington is going for the publicity. Rumor has it that she has a film crew following her around, making some sort of documentary. She's despicable. Who knows what the heck is going on with Uberroth. It will be Arnold vs El Gusto Breasts in October.
To: CounterCounterCulture
You can't be serious? maybe you are....It is the MCClintock people who has lost all perspective in this matter and will torpedo any chance possible to dig California out of it's fiscal crisis. As I said, fun and games playing 'Who's the More True Conservative" are over time for McClintock to drop out and the only frontrunner to be given unequivocal support. You have run out of time to continue to be so wantonly self indulgent.
To: DoughtyOne
My apologies, but the conservative wing of the GOP does not get to hijack the party and determine who is a 'real' GOPer and who is not.
Oh yes they do...... are at least they think they do.... just look around and follow the "RINO" "true" 'Pure' words that get used....
But there is only 44 Days left..... someone had better get to raising their voter acceptance percentages or they will be on the out looking in again.... Maybe 1/2% per day will get them competitive by election day.
Good luck

Is it "trolling" to point out what somebody actually said? Calling others "trolls" while offering no rebuttal or refutation is trollish behavior in itself.

From the media reports, the debate is for any candidate with 10% or better in 3 major statewide polls. Right now, that's only Arnold and Cruz.
To: Howlin
The fact that you're trying to make Jeb a guy in "our income bracket" shows just a tiny bit of disingenuousness on your part.
LOL...well, the FACT that Gov Bush IS in an income bracket closer to more people in the USA, and your refusal to acknowledge that, shows a LOT of disingenuousness on your part. Gosh, what you don't know never ceases to amaze me!

I dont even know if it really matters ballot wise. Do they even indicate party preference on these things?
