I was just curious how terrorists are allowed to roam free and have a websites.

They're playing the Sinn Fein/IRA game. Have a legitimate (yah, I know, one can argue about that but that's how they're treated) front organization, while the terrorist organization lurks in the background.

I would bet that if one took out (definition and means unspecified) every known member of PETA, ELF would instantly cease to exist.
