This prosecutor is a moron. If all he has is the story, he has nothing. In 1995, a guy by the name of Jake Baker got in a boatload of trouble for posting a violent sexual fantasy about a fellow student at the U of Michigan. Much worse than what this kid has evidently done. Case dismissed two years later, in Federal Court.
