I'm not sure how it works in California, but when a business goes up in most other states it's highly probable that the business, just by coincidence, also had some financial problems.

The most important words to focus on in that logo are: NO COMPROMISE !!
No matter how "insignificant " you think a zoming change, a land use rule or anything appears to be in your county/state...PAY ATTENTION. They are nibbling away at your use of private property every day. They clearly state their changes may take 100 years or longer, and they don't care!

No stretch at all. They burned down homes under construction on Long Island and prior to that, burned a large resort near Val, Colo. The resort was rebuilt, with the requirement of twice the lumber of the original plans, since it was burned in the last stages of framing. A large condo complex was burned earlier this year near San Diego, also in the late stages of framing. The insurance will have to pay for it, more trees will be cut down somewhere to re-frame it, and we all pay, especially in our insurance costs. They are truly terrorists, and are an offshoot of Earth First! who spiked trees l5-20 years ago. Lots of loggers were killed by chains that hit those spikes and broke, killing the operator.
ELF is also linked with ALF, Animal Liberation Front. They turned loose thousands of dairy cows a year ago May in Wisconsin, sayint they "should be free" and not exploited. Many were hit be cars in the dead of night, fell off railroad trestles, got electrocuted, you name it. They are just getting bolder and bolder and starting to admit they did something.
