Howard Dean - Need information
Arkansas 2004 Election Democrat Party DNC Primary ^
Posted on 08/21/2003 4:55:38 PM PDT by steplock
A bit of an odd request, but I have an "anti DNC" web site that should be coming in at the top of the list when anyone searches for democrat president candidates in arkansas for 2004 or primaries.
Needless to say, it is NOT supposed to be complimentary information about the candidates.
I have useful information on the majority of the main candidates (I've ignored the minor for the most part).
What I don't have is anything really NEGATIVE about Dean! ??
Is there anything (other than he's a democrat) that he can be put "up against the wall" for , like all the other anti-American candidates?
Is there any connections (direct) with communism, hard socialism, etc?
This is a serious request. The more I research him, the less I find really negative - other than his basic political principals. If this is true, he CAN be a threat to the Bush re-election!
Does anyone have any quotes, articles that can link Dean to anything?

I don't have specifics, but Dean referred to himself as being able to be "ascerbic" especially with the press. So perhaps his temper has gotten the better of him on occasions.
Interestingly, he tried to make a distinction between being hot-headed with the press and not being tempermental with voters. He said voters were "genuine", or something like that but then went on to say he could get heated with them if he felt attacked. I'm paraphrasing here, but it was a segment on Brit Humes show tonight Aug. 21

He's against parental notification for abortions, and
he's not above lying about it...are you telling us you've really been researching this guy and can't find nuttin' to hang your hat on?
To: steplock
Two questions: (1) Is Dr Dean an abortionist? (2) Did Dr Dean report he knew a crime had been committed on an underage girl as required by law?
Background: An underage pregnant girl visited Dr Dean for medical attention. As a licensed practitioner, Dr Dean knew a crime -- a sexual assault -- had been committed on an underage girl.
Did Dr Dean report the crime? If he did not report it, Dr Dean not only obstructed justice, in most states it is a separate crime not to report your knowledge that a crime has been committed.
Perhaps the Vermont Physicians Licensing Board should be notified about Dr Deans conduct in this matter.

Being a democrat not bad enough? Nope - not when the intent of this web site is to (pardon the offense) DESTROY the left-wing radical extremist organizations in the USA.
Thanx to the Freeper who left the "Spectator" search.

Rotsa ruck with that, then.

You probably already have seen this but the folks at Realchange.org keep the dirt files on all national politicians. Each one has his or her own skeleton closet.

He's an abortion lover without the nerve to actually perform abortions, or else, he's an actual abortionist, but I don't think he is.
He's basically an ambitious coward, who signed "gay rights" into law in the middle of the night.
His son is a burglar.
He's a phony populist, being a rich white guy.
But the worst things about Howard Dean are his ideas.

Just look at what took place in VT during his tenure. The new Governor and legislature has pretty plainly stated Dean left them a mess and they are facing big deficits.
Also:
Just before Dean left office, he signed orders that sealed almost half of his gubernatorial documents from public view until 2013 -- ten years after the end of his service as governor. That is at least four years longer than any previous Vermont leader had held back his (or her) political papers.
This is pretty funny:
We know - you want to help - but you ask, "What can I do?" Here's what: Demand higher taxes and more government bureaucracy. Lobby for public schools to monopolize every penny of education & school tax dollars. Encourage higher property taxes to help eliminate home ownership, local control and parent input into public schools. Ask for more perversion & corruption of school children with even more medically inaccurate, dishonest & negligent sex education disinformation. Seek ever more complicated tax returns & forms. Strive for the goal of 100% tax rates on anybody who dares to work for a living. Yes, with YOUR help, we can help bring the fruits of The Vermont Miracle to ALL Americans!

CNET News.com, Monday August 18, 2003, (here)
Howard Dean's presidential campaign acknowledged on Monday that it had spammed an undisclosed number of people with unsolicited political advertisements.
The campaign said Dean, the former Democratic governor of Vermont, remained opposed to unsolicited bulk e-mail and blamed the spamming on two contractors who had promised to contact only people who had specifically requested to receive the advertisements.
"We recently contracted with two vendors who made assurances that their lists were opt-in only," the campaign said in an e-mail to CNET News.com. "On Tuesday, August 12th, Dean for America received notification from a supporter that spam was being sent. We terminated our relationship with both vendors immediately."
The Dean campaign's bulk e-mail, which was sent last week, was disclosed by the Spamvertized.org Web site, which tracks political spam. The e-mail message touted Dean's accomplishments and asked for political support and donations, saying: "We are going to win this nomination and defeat George W. Bush in 2004, but we need your help."
Last week's spamming has the potential to embarrass a presidential campaign that both the media and its own campaign staff has touted as particularly Internet-savvy. A Newsweek cover story last week said Dean "is revolutionizing political fund-raising with his clever cyberstumping," while Dan Gillmor, a columnist for the San Jose Mercury News, proclaimed that Dean and his staff "truly get the meaning of the Net."
And:
"Howard Dean:
Howard Dean is clearly the runt of this litter. Dean is shallow, glib, mean spirited and overly ambitious yet Vermonters continue to reward him with term after term. On issues that matter, Dean is regressive and responsive only to the needs of elite vested interests. Taking his lead from the new generation of grossly hypocritical, Bill Clinton type Democrats, Dean mouths the ancient words of Democratic Party idealism but then repudiates labor and the poor confidant that they have no where else to go. Big money motivates Howard Dean, a spoiled brat rich kid from Long Island who always gets his own way.
Dean has never had serious opposition in any election campaign. He slid into the Lieutenant Governor's office and took over the top job when Snelling died. He has won easily since because Republicans like to vote for him while their own Party candidates have been either little known or hopelessly right wing."

The Fordham Foundation gives Vermont a D-minus for School Reforms
Gov. Howard Dean proclaimed that we should take it "with a grain of salt."
About the same time, the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) released their annual evaluation of academic standards in the United States. The AFT evaluated whether each state's academic standards are clear, specific, and grounded in content at each grade level. Vermont distinguished itself as being the only state in the country that failed to meet AFT standards in every single subject, and on every grade level.
