So if Egypt acknowledges that the Bible's account is true legally, then Egypt also acknowledges that their attack to take the land of Israel from the Jews was illegal. It also must then acknowledge that the account in the Bible that the Egyptians gave the gold to the Jews instead of the Jews taking the gold from the Egyptians is true and therefore their case has no weight.

But the real kicker is that the people suing are the Arabs, who wiped out the land of Egypt and stole the land from the Egyptians. Just like the Palestinians, they sue to recover what they never owned rightfully in the first place.

Arabs are funny that way, with lies as a core to the culture, they soon believe their own lies to themselves, despite the plain existence of reality around them.
