I agree completely. If the rule of law means anything at all, a sitting justice of a state Supreme Court must comply with an order from a federal court, regardless of what he thinks of the order. As I understand it, he is still free to appeal the order and, if he wins, he can move the monument back to its spot.

By that standard, there would never have been a constitution or a United states of America. This is liberal rewriting of the Constitution without benefit of a convention. And it cannot be allowed to stand. Sorry. Our forfathers are turning over in their graves. And if they were alive, they'd be arming themselves.
