Arnold was posting both political and movie releases on his www.schwarzenegger.com website until this evening when I tried to post a link to it and was shunted to www.joinarnold.com, so I think he is now offically on the web as a candidate.

Not to worry. Arnold promises to appoint an "independent auditing group" (committee?) to do a 60-day review of what the operating deficit might actually be. After the election, of course.

Warren Buffett

There is $12 to $20 BILLION in debt that comes due again June of 2004. California had to pay $87 MILLION two months ago to bribe Merrill-Lynch, et al, to even consider vouching to our creditors for us.

Warren Buffett is on board to restructure the debt and talk his Wall Street buddies into helping us do this at less than killer interest rates and bribes.

P.S. Rob Lowe is not an advisor, merely a friend who offered to do some fund raising for the campaign...PERIOD.

Supposedly.

I was on board early for George W. Bush because I believe in him and believe him.

I am on board for Arnold Schwarzenegger because I believe in him and believe him.

They are both honest men and both misunderestimated.

Anyone could take an educated guess at how big the deficit is today, and their guess would be inaccurate by October 7th.

Thanks for the site address, patriciaruth! I sent them an e-mail this morning suggesting they post complete transcripts of press conferences and interviews, similar to what the White House and Defense Department do. I pointed out that I had seen errors and misquotes in news stories and that the internet was full of people who were misquoting and taking quotes out of context.

I hope they do this as it would stop a lot of the misunderstanding...at least by those who are truly misunderstanding and are not deliberately misquoting.

As I say, McClintock would do himself, and the conservative cause, a favor if he uses what capital he has now to get in with Arnold. Later will be too late.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't remember any item in McClintock's economic policy brief that dealt with bonds or bond ratings.

Yep, in New York they raised everything except taxes and it cost everyone much more. They raised fishing and hunting licenses 20%, they reaised campground and park entrance fees 20%........you get the picture.

So they have been underestimated in a mistaken manner?

Actually, the court found that someone not voting either way on the recall question (neither "yes" or "no") could still vote on a replacement. A "no" voter on the recall has always been able to vote for a replacement. The recall law stated that someone who didn't vote on the recall question couldn't vote on a replacement, and that is the part the court disagreed with.

I know that someone voting "no" can still vote for a replacement. However, if Davis is recalled, that means someone voting no would be in the minority. If every person who voted no on the recall then voted for Bustamove, it's no guarantee Bustamove is in. They are in the minority.

People keep telling me a conservative can't win. I say a conservative can, unless we cut our own throats and run Arnie to siphon off the votes from a conservative.

There will never be a better opportunity than now to get a conservative in, and a bunch of people want to pass it up.

Arnold gets in and the DNC HAS to spend valuable money to come out in 04 to campaign against BUSH! It helps ALL other races in 04 - for THAT reason ALONE, every Republican NEEDS to vote 1 way - ARNOLD for Governator! We are hoping for 60 Republican Senators and the less money that the Dems steal votes in South Dakota for, the better our chances of realizing those hopes! GET THE BIG PICTURE!

I absolutely agree. A Governor Schwarzenegger would be a disaster for the Democratic Party. That's why the Simon and McClintock supporters should back Arnold.

McClintock and Simon are closer, in many ways, to me politically, but it's Arnold or Cruz -- and I choose Arnold!

But then again, a minority could be as much as 49% (although I think it will be lot less). With the two top candidates, Bustamante and Schwartzenneger, only receiving about 20-25% in the polls, it may not take many lib votes to win if the Republicans are divided between three or four candidates.

Another thing in our favor regarding Bustamante, is the liberal voters are ususally inexperienced or stupid voters who dont know how to properly vote (e.g. if all the idiots who voted for Gore and wrote in Lieberman were counted as Gore votes, Gore would have won Florida by 25,000 votes). The libs have to steal votes to make up for incompetency in the polls.

Baghdad Bob Mulholland was on "HairBall" with Chris Matthews, too. I've never seen Bad Bob before. From what I've read, he comes across as a vicious partisan hack. In his "debate" with Rep. David Dreier, he came across as a souless, foaming, rude, desperate, lying little creep. I hope Chris Matthews has him on as a regular. He'll do more to build up the Republican Party than anything we can do.

Okay but whenever he or Conasan or that thin bitch from the New Republic or whatever are on, I can only take a few minutes and I switch to another channel. For me, its like listening to Michael Savage. I dont need the aggrivation. The only time I would listen to him is if i wanted to get wound up enough to go out and shoot somebody.

Gary South is working for Loserman?! I did not know that. Loserman just fell into the gutter, as far as I'm concerned.
