THERE'S nothing genteel about this finger food. Corporate bigwigs are forking over as much as $700 a head for dinner parties where guests are served sushi off a naked woman.

The secret gourmet trend has taken off in the past six months in L.A., and now New York is getting on the act.

I may be going out on a limb here, but I really don't think too much bothers a gal who lies practically naked with raw fish spread out on top of her body.

I'm glad you noticed - yeah, it might be just a momentary thing. But for some reason, it really bothers me.

She might as well be a dead body; no one talks to or acknowledges the person they are "eating"? They must lie there without moving or speaking? Conversations go on around you, and no one speaks to the human being just feet from them, feeding them? It's too close to necrophilia - or slavery.

Far more honest to spend the time with a real honest to goodness stripper, or prostitute - at least there is the illusion of life, perhaps a spoken word, and a passing acknowledgment of the human being that inhabits the body that is sold to feed passion...

yes, there are a lot of talking/joking going on between the guests and the human tray

they are having a lot of fun and a real party

and the girl does not lie perfectly still, she's usually cheecky and a tease

the guests usually invite her to move as she likes

people are more friendlier and kind than you think
