They are still working on energy production and resource recycling. Trying to extend the times between restocking water/air/food. Not too mention making it more financially feasable to get there and back again.
Remove all the stupid government regulations against exploiting extra-terrestrial resources and let the private sector go nuts...

I kinda like looking up at a beautiful full moon and knowing its still a vast untouched space. I wish it could stay that way.
(yeah, I know we have been there..but no 711's or McDonalds are there..yet.)
