JERUSALEM (CNN) -- Palestinian Prime Minister Mahmoud Abbas announced late Tuesday that the Palestinian Authority was ending all talks with representatives of the militant groups Islamic Jihad and Hamas, both of which claimed responsibility for a suicide bombing that killed at least 18 and injured more than 130.

Palestinians have been angered by Israel's continued crackdown on militants and the continued construction of a fence in the West Bank near the Israeli border. Israel says the fence is meant to thwart terrorist attacks from outside its borders, but Palestinians say it divides some towns and unilaterally creates an Israeli border.

So if Israelis lighten up on terrorists and tear down the fence everything will be hunky-dory, right? Feh!

Read it again and note the distinction. The road map calls for dismantling the terror organizations but Annan only calls for arresting the instigators and preventing more attacks. He does not want to dismantle the terrorist infrastructure.

well FYI here the real dope on the kiddies that Arafat use as his deadly weapon:

1. As we all know how from infancy they are taught that Jews = Pigs & Sub Human vermins to be extermined. A recent child maths book (3rd grade I believe) goes on to give a math question that asks "If 12 Jews are i a room and you throw a grenade in there and it kills 5 then how many are remainding alive?

2. So onwards they grow up thinking that Israel has 'taken over' their land and of course Islam ONLY teaches Heaven if you are declared a Marthyr for Islam. So the deceived kids are also pressured by their parents/guardians that Uncle arafat & Saddam will also give $10,000 if they do their duty for the cause (and of course since they do breed up approx 6 kids per family vs 1.5 for the Jews) then the parents can afford to sacrifice a kid for $10K

3. The kid is then taken in to a training camp and taught the basics of explosives and firearms and are sometimes given over to HIV positive prostitutes so as to contract the disease. The purpose is so that even their contaminated blood would further harm the rescue workers & anyone nearby who get splattered by the blood.

4. So on the way to their target(s) they are given so dope (crack cocaine, speed or any available narcotic) so as to make them feel invincible and of course the bomb package has the additional poison coated on the steel ball bearings for extra measure.

As a final grisly note, even the bone fragments from the homicide bomber's body is additional projectiles to kill/maim nearby people
