I did hear Nora ODonnell on Hardball tonight say that Arnold "may" go on Oprah in the near future... ;)

His absence in this campaign is strange. I keep wondering if it's possible that he may step out and try to throw his followers to one of the Republicans, perhaps McClintock. Could his silence be an indication of a withdrawal?

Schwarzenegger Remains Hidden From View The best place for him.
All any speach/debate/apearance can do is alienate someone and cost votes.

Arnold was one of six candidates to meet with the CA Teacher's Union today! Does that count?

No, but I strongly suspect that it will be cause to determine, amongst many here, that he is, in fact, the Anti-Christ.

Schwarzenegger is expected to appear on Wednesday at his own economic summit to announce his policy positions.

No, tha doesn't count. Only appearances vetted by the McClintock people will be counted. Otherwise, he is invisible.

Oh good, and on my anniversary, too! Must-see TV!!

Am I incorrect in how I'm interpreting this article??? Does it say that Simon supported reversing Proposition 13?

I suspect that he thinks he pull a "Hillary" and win.

""I think Bill Simon is playing a dangerous game there. Just three years ago, he contributed $10,000 to Proposition 26, which sought to undermine the two-thirds vote requirement in Proposition 13 for property tax increases." "
looks like a roundabout going on here, and didn't simon say he wouldn't vote for the other prop on illegal immigration getting services?

Arnold screwed himself when he chose Buffet as an economic advisor. This mega-billionaire who wants to tax others to death is a hypocritical socialist. No self-respecting republican should go within 100 miles of this man!

Perhaps Bill Simon is not as conservative as people think he is.
To: Noumenon
Well, the
pro tax increase part has yet to be determined...I'd wait until you see his economic plan before painting him with that brush.
But let me give you a wee bit of recent history to chew on...name one anti-gay, pro-life, anti-social programs, pro-gun candidate that has won a statewide election in California, Oregon or Washington since 1992.
Don't think too hard on it, even a super-computer couldn't come up with one. Doesn't exist.
